What you'll do:
* Lead and inspire high-performing teams, ensuring a seamless service user journey
* Drive safe, efficient systems and processes, with a keen focus on safeguarding and clinical risk
* Build strong partnerships with local providers, schools, NHS and community organisations
* Use data and insight to improve and innovate continuously
What you'll bring:
* Professional qualification (clinical, therapeutic or equivalent)
* Proven experience managing teams in health, education, or social care
* Strong decision-making in triage, referrals, and safeguarding
* Confidence working with digital case management systems
* A collaborative, people-first approach
