Onsite Transport Consultant
Location: Netherburn Industrial Estate, Wishaw, ML2 -0ZZ.
Contract Type: Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £27,000 to £29,000 Per Annum (Depending on experience)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30
Are you ready to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? Pertemps is looking for a dynamic Onsite Transport Consultant to support one of our largest clients - a trusted and iconic UK delivery client.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support for candidate attraction, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee queries.
* Act as a first point of contact for candidate and employee queries.
* Support end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
* Use creative sourcing strategies to source top talent to meet contractual demands.
* Ensure seamless communication between clients, candidates, and internal teams.
* Update and maintain accurate records and updates using internal systems—attention to detail is key!
* Monitoring weekly forecasts to maintain supply versus our agreed SLA’s
* Resourcing weekly plans
* Working in conjunction with the transport office to help support the weekly demand
* Attending planning / forecasting meetings.
* Identifying supply trends
* Visiting surrounding sites to discuss and support with operational requirements and compliance.
What You will Bring
We are looking for someone who is:
* A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
* An initiative-taking, organised, and detail driven.
* Attention to detail.
* The ability to multitask - without compromising quality.
* Familiarity with Office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, databases, scheduling tools)
Please note that due to the location, a driving licence and access to transport are essential.
