About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a commercially minded and partner-obsessed Associate Partner Manager to join our EMEA Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll own a portfolio of partners who are new to Contentful, just starting their partnering journey, or re-engaging after a dormant period.
You’ll act as a trusted advisor – getting to know your partners' businesses, helping them see the value in partnering with Contentful, and working with them to drive joint go-to-market success. Your role will be central to generating pipeline, creating scalable partner programs, and unlocking partner potential across the region.
This is a lead-generating role focused on building the foundation for long-term partner impact. Based primarily in the office, you’ll engage partners through regular video and phone interactions, with minimal travel required.
What to expect
1. Partner Portfolio Management: Own and grow a diverse partner portfolio across EMEA, focusing on those in early-stage, reactivated, or growth mode.
2. Partner Discovery: Build strong relationships and develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, solution offering, and market positioning.
3. Qualification & Prioritisation: Analyse partner potential and prioritise engagement based on alignment, capability, and joint business opportunity.
4. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building: Identify, activate, and influence opportunities through partners to generate new pipeline for the sales organisation.
5. Joint Business Development: Support partners in understanding Contentful’s value proposition and uncovering joint use cases and go-to-market opportunities.
6. Partner Experience & Advocacy: Be the first point of contact for your partners, solving challenges and advocating for their success internally.
7. Scalable Engagement: Build and refine repeatable engagement programs that enable you to work efficiently at scale across a large partner base.
8. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and other teams to support partner initiatives and drive measurable outcomes.

13. Strong communicator – you’re able to drive partner engagement through clear, persuasive communication across video, phone, and email.
14. Multilingual a plus – English is required; proficiency in German, French or other European languages is a strong advantage.
15. Growth mindset – you’re excited to develop into a regional partner manager role and want to build a career in the partnerships or go-to-market space.
