Our client is one of the largest in their industry and have an exciting opportunity for an Engineering Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company, with an average length of service in the team being 10+ years! They are also extremely big on supporting development of people!
Role & Responsibilities:
Leading a team of up to 15 Electricians
Maintenance of HV equipment (Up to 11Kv)
Maintenance of PLCs and Instrumentation
Ensuring PPM schedules are followed
Ensuring Breakdowns are attended promptly
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Ability to problem solve and implement corrective actions
Experience with HV equipment up to 11Kv (33Kv Desired)
Knowledge of PLCs and Instrumentation systems
Experience with electrical fault-finding
Experience as an engineering supervisor, maintenance supervisor, engineering team leader or in a similar position
Experience managing and leading shift teams
