Just Recruitment is working with a growing manufacturing business, based on the outskirts of Halstead, looking to add a Training Administrator to their progressive team.
Role Overview
The key purpose of this role is to support and coordinate the training delivery for industrial and manufacturing operations within the business. You will work closely with the wider L&D team, senior production management, and all manufacturing staff.
Responsibilities
1. Implement and coordinate training developments.
2. Manage training records and materials, ensuring all staff adhere to business procedures and guidelines.
3. Support onboarding by organizing and managing inductions and competency sign-offs.
4. Update senior management on learning needs and gaps.
5. Create training documentation and assist with auditable processes.
Candidate Requirements
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
2. Experience in training within manufacturing settings.
3. Ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
5. Analytical, tech-savvy, and proficient with digital tools.
6. Active listening skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
