Job Description
1. Working as part of the Outbound Team for the campaign, undertaking proactive customer contact in all aspects of sales, campaign promotions and activities
2. Interact with the customer across all channels (inbound/outbound calls and emails)
3. Providing a first-class experience for customers each and every time
4. Acting as a trusted advisor in answering questions and solving problems
5. Advising customers on the best services available, using product knowledge to showcase the best solutions
6. Up sell additional products as needs arise
7. Building rapport with customers
8. Providing a value-add service that enhances the customer experience and builds our brands and service reputation
9. Capture, maintain and ensure quality of customer data
10. Identify and highlight any service-related issues, incidents or trends
11. Highlighting and escalating issues as necessary
12. Delivering and maintaining both individual and team targets
Qualifications
13. Ideally at least 12 months experience within an outbound and/or account management role
14. Self-driven and hungry mentality, driven to offer great service through your strong work ethic
15. Experience of working autonomously
16. Professional approach, experience with business customers
17. A passion for delivering first class customer service
18. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
19. Good social and interpersonal skills, a team player
20. Excellent problem-solving skills; solution focused
21. Quality focused with attention to detail
22. Empathetic, a warm, helpful, and positive approach
23. High degree of resilience, perseverance, focus and commitment

27. Willingness to travel to ad-hoc customer fairs and training events
28. Flexibility in hours of work/shift pattern
