We’re looking for a Creative Content Lead to define and deliver the creative heartbeat of PuttOUT.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine creative leadership, technical production ability, and a deep understanding of golf culture to produce exceptional content across social media, advertising, and product marketing.

You’ll take ownership of the entire content process — from idea generation and shoot planning through to editing, publishing, and performance review. One day you might be directing a product shoot, the next creating paid social creative, reacting to a major tournament moment, or developing visual concepts for a new product launch.

You’ll play a major role in shaping how golfers experience the PuttOUT brand online.


What You’ll Do

* Lead the creative direction of PuttOUT’s content across social media, advertising, and product launches.
* Generate original concepts, hooks, formats, and campaign ideas.
* Plan and direct shoot days from concept through to delivery.
* Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content across multiple platforms.
* Create content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, paid advertising, and ecommerce channels.
* Produce advertising creative designed for testing, iteration, and performance improvement.
* Use golf culture, platform trends, and performance insights to inform future creative direction.


What You’ll Bring

* Strong experience producing high-quality photo and video content from concept through to final edit.
* Excellent technical production and editing skills, with strong visual judgement and attention to detail.
* Experience leading shoots and taking creative ownership of projects.
* A strong instinct for what works across social platforms and advertising creative.
* Genuine passion for golf, with a deep understanding of golf culture and how golfers engage with content online.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
