Job Title: Headteacher

Salary: Up to 85,000 per annum dependent on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

As part of our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Headteacher for Options Trent Acres, a well-established school supporting pupils with complex needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and additional complex needs. About the role
You will exercise dynamic leadership to promote high-quality, creative learning, maximize pupils' achievement, and develop strategic responses to their complex needs. Your leadership will motivate pupils, staff, and the wider community, ensuring outstanding outcomes and continuous improvement.
Who we are looking for
The successful candidate will have relevant experience working with young people with autism and challenging behaviors, experience as a Head or Deputy Head in a Special Needs setting, and familiarity with Ofsted procedures. You should be able to manage budgets effectively, hold relevant teaching qualifications, and demonstrate strong strategic leadership.
