Help build and keep the nation's critical infrastructure connected and protected 24/7.The successful Programme Manager will be responsible to manage and deliver large complex high value projects within a portfolio of works across the National Highways Strategic Road Network. Ha ve demonstrable experience of delivering contracts across Highways Frameworks & Contracts including NRTS, SDF & M&R. The role requires strategic direction for multi-disciplinary technology, civils & electrical programmes, ensuring safe, resilient and value driven outcomes for Clients. This is an Agile role and will require travel to our Warwick office for meetings, along with customer/client meetings and site visits.What you’ll do:- Lead the delivery of highways technology programmes across multiple regions, ensuring high-quality execution, safety, and operational performance.- Responsible for delivery of Contracts across Highways Frameworks & Contracts including NRTS, SDF & M&R- Will ensure the implementation of consistent governance and controls to report project Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to key stakeholders, highlighting and managing all risks & issues and their mitigations throughout the project lifecycle- Develop consistent project delivery and reporting processes to ensure delivery of assigned projects in accordance with Telent, client QEHS and contractual processes, including regular review and checks- Accountable for successful end to end delivery of portfolio of Highways projects.- Will be required to deliver and direct highly complex strategic projects- Ensure financial controls are in place to manage projects within agreed budgets- Will ensure the implementation of Principal Contractor (PC) License and QEHS procedures to assigned projects where applicable.- Own the end-to-end delivery cycles including design development, installation, commissioning, handover and operational readinessWho you are:The successful candidate must have experience of delivering contracts across Highways Frameworks & Contracts including NRTS, SDF & M&R.
