As a Business Administrator Apprentice, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience across administration, procurement, stock management, and customer service while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. You will play a key role in supporting the daily running of the office, including order processing, database management, supplier communication, and general administrative duties. With full on-the-job training and mentoring, this role is ideal for someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and looking to build a career in business administration. Due to the nature of the business, you must be a minimum of 18 years old to be considered for this position,
* Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and wider team
* Process orders, invoices, and related paperwork accurately
* Handle phone calls and emails professionally
* Maintain internal records and databases
* Support procurement tasks including contacting suppliers, placing orders, and stock replenishment
* Carry out stock data entry and processing (goods in/out, pricing research, and record-keeping)
* Liaise with clients and suppliers to build strong working relationships
* Assist with filing, document organisation, and general office duties
* Ensure all data handling complies with company and legal standards
Apprenticeship Information You will be enrolled on the Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
* Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
* A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
* Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
* Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
* Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Due to the nature of the business, you must be a minimum of 18 years old to be considered for this position

Minimum:
