Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our production team. The successful candidate will follow production plans, ensure quality assurance, collaborate on problem-solving, and support their team in meeting deadlines and quality standards.
What will be your responsibilities:
* Carry out tasks as per production requests and quality requirements.
* Follow production schedules and quality tasks.
* Ensure punctuality with entry/exit times, breaks, and task durations.
* Maintain facilities, equipment, and tools.
* Communicate assertively with colleagues in other sections.
* Detect production problems and defective parts at control points to prevent faulty parts from progressing.
* Implement corrective actions and preventive measures for issues.
* Ensure all tasks focus on quality assurance, proactivity, problem-solving, and record-keeping.
* Register weights and assist in organizing parts for bonding, ensuring data reliability.
* Complete tasks and deliveries on time.
* Maintain workplace safety and prevent risky behaviors.
* Keep the work area clean and organized.
* Perform tasks in other sections as needed, such as lamination, finishing, or painting.
* Follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
* Contribute to a motivated, productive, and disciplined team.
Profile and requirements:
* High School Diploma.
* Advanced proficiency in English (C2 level).
* Proficient in user-level computer tools.
* Knowledge of lamination processes and SST.
* Knowledge of quality tools and processes.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
* Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving production targets.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Eligible to live and work in the United Kingdom.
