We're on the hunt for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our Online team in Birmingham. This role is tasked with developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to maximise brand visibility and boost sales specifically on the Amazon platform.
Our client is a major player within the Consumer Goods industry. They are a mid-sized organisation, based in Birmingham, with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality consumer goods to the market. They pride themselves on their innovative approach and commitment to sustainability.
Description
* Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels with specific focus on Amazon marketplace and Amazon Vendor Central
* Manage the organisation's website and oversee its content
* Conduct market research to identify new digital trends and insights
* Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
* Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience
* Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer journey across multiple channels
* Lead and motivate the digital marketing team to achieve goals
* Establish partnerships with external agencies and vendors when necessary
Profile
A successful Digital Marketing Manager should have:
* A degree in Marketing or a related field
* Proven experience in digital marketing and managing SEO/SEM on Amazon platforms
* Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
* Experience in ecommerce, email marketing, and social media
* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns

* Estimated salary range of £45000 - £50000 per annum
