Job description
You will be handling inbound calls from customers. These calls will mostly involve placing bets for customers on their accounts or answering questions they may have.
Responsibilities

* Resolve complaints or escalate if appropriate.

* Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
* Ability to input data quickly and accurately.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience in a customer service role.

Annual bonus paid in December. Work time - We are open 7 days a week. 10am-9:30pm Monday-Friday, 9am-9:30pm Saturday and 10am-6pm, Sunday Morning
