Amour Recruitment are proudly working with a specialist company who deal with residential block management, who due to continued growth in their portfolio, are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and experienced Block Property Manager.
Based from their Southend on Sea office, you will cover a Portfolio from Essex to Ipswich.
Duties to include:
1. Carrying out site inspections and monitoring onsite works
2. Being responsible for all maintenance needs
3. Dealing with breaches of the lease
4. Completing Section 20 Notices
5. Preparing, agreeing and issuing service charge budgets
Minimum Requirements:
6. Previous Block Property management experience is a must
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Good literacy and numeracy skills
9. Driving licence
Salary: up to £40,000 (depending on experience) plus car allowance £3600
Hours :09.00-17.30 Monday to Friday.
