Senior Valuer
* Annual Salary: £60,000–£65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance
* Location: Stockton on Tees (Hybrid)
* Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is expanding their team and now seeks a Senior Valuer with solid experience across commercial, residential, and mixed-use valuations.
This role offers clear scope for progression, with the opportunity to move into an Associate Director position, within a firm that genuinely invests in its people and supports long-term development. Day-to-day of the role:
* Conduct valuations for commercial and residential mixed-use properties ensuring all valuations meet RICS standards.
* Provide valuations specifically for panel-based secured lending purposes.
* Support the growth of the firm through high-quality, reliable work.
* Manage and mentor junior staff, fostering a supportive and professional environment.
* Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* RICS registered valuer.
* Extensive experience in commercial and residential valuations.
* Confident communicator with excellent client-facing skills.
* Ambitious and proactive, with a readiness for career progression.
* Full UK driving licence.
