This role is hybrid across Europe, with regular customer visits, occasional overnight stays and occasional meetings in the Bradford, UK Office.

What you’ll be getting stuck into as a European Business Development Manager
Winning new customers across OEMs, fleet operators, bodybuilders, and specialist vehicle manufacturers throughout Europe
Managing and growing a portfolio of existing key accounts through retention, cross-sell, and upsell activity
Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, from initial prospecting through to trials and order conversion
Working closely with technical and internal teams to support solution-led sales, installations, and customer feedback
Maintaining accurate CRM data, forecasting revenue, and reporting on progress and risks
Representing the business at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events across Europe
What you’ll bring to the table as a European Business Development Manager
Proven B2B sales experience across new business development and account management
Previous exposure to commercial vehicle, automotive, industrial equipment, safety products, mirrors, cameras/CMS, or related technical sectors
Experience selling into OEM, fleet, bodybuilder, or specification-led environments
Strong commercial awareness, including pricing, negotiation, and margin protection
Confidence managing a pipeline, forecasting accurately, and working with CRM systems
Working hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility around travel and customer commitments.
