About the Opportunity
Khurana & Khurana is inviting applications for the role of Corporate Attorney at its Bangalore office. This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals with a strong background in Commercial and Corporate Law to join a leading law firm that values expertise, responsibility, and independent work ethics. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in expanding the firm’s Commercial Law and Litigation practice in the region, working on diverse mandates involving corporate transactions, general commercial litigation, and appearances before NCLT.
Skill Set Required
The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge and experience in Commercial/Corporate Law and Litigation. The role requires handling corporate transactions, drafting legal documents, advising clients, and representing matters before various legal forums. The professional should be self‑motivated, mature, and capable of working independently while meeting defined expectations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for the role. Applicants must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and should either be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate to the Bangalore office of K&K.
Experience
The position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Commercial and Corporate Law. Prior exposure to NCLT matters, corporate transactions, and general commercial litigation will be considered highly valuable. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of managing clients, delivering practical legal solutions, and effectively handling diverse corporate matters.
