Alliance Group Management is an established provider of reactive maintenance to the social and private housing sectors within Glasgow, Renfrewshire and Inverclyde area.
We are currently seeking to recruit a skilled and reliable Plumber/ Gas Engineer to join our forward-thinking team to help deliver our strategic priorities.
This position is a Full-Time Permanent post which provides an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced organisation committed to providing exceptional customer service.
As a Plumber / Gas Engineer, you will play a vital role in our operations
working across a mixture of domestic and commercial properties, delivering a high-quality service to our clients.
We also do a lot of extensions, alterations, renovations and new build works also.
The successful candidate will:
Have a choice of self employed work were they shall provide their own transport and put through the CIS system or we can provide transport and be employed to our organisation.
Be a Time Served Plumber / Gas Engineer possessing, SVQ/NVQ in Plumbing Mechanical
services and CCN1,HTR1 in Domestic Gas.
Ideally have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a similar reactive
maintenance and void property sectors.
Hold a full current UK driving licence.
Be determined to succeed with a positive "can-do" customer focussed attitude.
Be a highly organised individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
The Plumber/ Gas Engineers will be responsible for:
Carrying out planned and reactive Plumbing / Gas maintenance repair work in a neat and
timeous manner.
Provide accurate job information on Timesheets or devices utilising Software.
Identify issues, assess materials required and resolve same to a high standard.
Work as part of a team or on one's own.
Always ensuring strict compliance with the Health and Safety at Work etc Act at all times.
Supporting high levels of customer satisfaction and deliver operational excellence across all
aspects of the business including occupied properties.

Hours of work are Mon-Friday 8.00am until 16:30pm.
