Pathway Development Specialist We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Pathway Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading digital work-stream improvement with a focus on clinical connectivity, patient outcomes, process implementation, safety, and collaboration with the commercial and clinical teams. This is a national role and there will be a requirement to travel. What you will do Lead initiatives to enhance the safe connectivity of clinical systems, ensuring seamless integration and interoperability to optimise workflow efficiency. Engage with key partners and work collaboratively with HCP’s (Healthcare Professionals) in developing and using digital technology to ensure the patient experience is at the heart of improvement and development. Drive strategies to improve patient outcomes through the implementation of digital solutions and process enhancements, using data-driven insights and evidence-based practices. Support the implementation of connected medical device workflows, identifying process improvements pre and post installations. Prioritise patient safety by identifying and addressing potential risks associated manual workflows and implementing measures to mitigate these risks effectively. Work closely with commercial and clinical teams to align digital transformation efforts with business objectives, identify market opportunities, and develop strategies to drive growth and innovation. Skills and Experience: Background in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Certification as a Nurse Informatics CNIO (Clinical Nurse Informatics Officer) highly desirable. Confirmed experience in leading digital transformation initiatives within a healthcare or related industry. Strong understanding of clinical workflows, electronic health records (EHR), and healthcare IT systems.
