Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Mobile - Temp ongoing - FM Service Provider - South and North London sites Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? CBW is currently looking for a Mobile Mechanical / Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to be covering multiple Residential buildings around South and North London. The successful candidate will be Mechanically / Plumbing biased (NVQ, C&G) with a proven track record in Commercial / Residential building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out Plumbing and Mechanical maintenance to the following. Duties & Responsibilities: Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) Chillers - Reset Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets Pumps, motors Water Treatment BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds) UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings Hours of work / Rate / contract details Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Must be available to start on the 27/05 or 28/05 for a handover Up to £27p/h Covering 6 Residential sites - 3 in South London ( Camberwell / Clapham ) and 3 in North London ( Finchley / Finsbury Park ) Van Included ( must have valid drivers license with no more than 6 points due to insurance reasons) Requirements Mechanically / Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 etc Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates A proven track record in commercial / Residential building maintenance Good communication skills Client Facing Valid DBS Certificate If you are interested please email your CV toat CBW Staffing Solutions for more information.
