This is live in but unlike most live in roles, it is not remote. It is of a rosette level of cooking standards POSITION 5: Chef de partie - Durham - 4 day week Chef de partie required for a kitchen in Durham, you will be running your section, prep for service and cooking in service, 100% fresh food,. 30-33k POSITION 6: sous chef - Newcastle Sous chef required in the Newcastle area, the menu is 60% fish and you need a passion for fish, 34-37k. POSITION 7: Sous chef - gastro pub A Gastro pub near to Newcastle is looking for a sous chef to help run the kitchen, this is a hands on chef role and you be cooking on a regular basis POSITION 8: chef de partie - Darlington - 4 day week We are currently looking for a chef de partie for this kitchen who are showcasing local produce, 32k, 4 day week.
