About the Role
We're looking for a Centre Assistant with a creative edge. This is not your typical support role; it's an opportunity to help shape how we connect with our community through digital storytelling and creative outreach.
You'll be involved in:
* Creating and editing podcasts that amplify local voices and share inspiring stories.
* Writing engaging content for social media and other platforms to promote our services and events.
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the centre and helping visitors feel welcome and empowered.
About You
You'll bring:
* Proven experience in podcast production and creative writing, especially for social media.
* A warm, empathetic approach and a genuine desire to help others.
* Confidence working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
* A creative mindset with a passion for community engagement.
