Are you a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and high operational and service quality standards? If so this is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the management team based at Perth Leisure Pool and Dewars Centre.
You will lead and supervise ‘front of house’ leisure service staff. In addition, you will also play a full part in the wider management functions such as monitoring the effectiveness of staff, organising duties, budgetary control, health and safety management and application, equipment maintenance, human resources management and sales and promotions.

A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential. A HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject is desirable. A RLSS Trainer Assessor and Pool Plant Operator are also desirable (must be obtained on appointment).
This role requires a PVG scheme membership, which will require to be obtained before commencement of position.
