Senior Finance Systems Analyst
This role is a Hybrid role based in Belfast
This is a brand-new role created to strengthen a growing Finance Systems team, and it's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning systems, driving improvements, and being the go-to person for finance technology.
You'll play a key role in rolling out and enhancing Dynamics 365 F&O, working closely with Finance and IT to improve processes, data quality, and overall system performance. There's real scope here to shape how things are done, lead projects, and make a visible impact.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading and supporting D365 F&O implementations across GL, AR, AP & Projects
* Owning configuration, process design, and continuous system improvements
* Acting as the subject matter expert for finance systems and stakeholders
* Driving projects end to end (including change management)
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members
What they're looking for:
* Strong finance systems background (professional services experience ideal)
* Finance or accountancy background (CIMA/ACCA preferred, not essential)
* Solid experience with D365 F&O or another enterprise ERP
* Comfortable owning projects and working with senior stakeholders
* Someone proactive who enjoys improving systems, not just maintaining them
