Job Title: Technical Service Specialist
We are looking for a skilled professional to support our customers and ensure our products continue to deliver top performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming product repairs and determine repair or replacement
* Diagnose and fix technical issues with company products
* Document repairs and communicate with customers on progress
* Support customers by phone and email
* Work with internal teams to process RMA returns
* Configure new equipment and apply Engineering Change Orders
* Assist in trade show setup and attend events if needed
* Maintain demo and loaner equipment
* Report quality or service issues
* Train staff, technicians, and customers on product repairs
* Support product testing for R&D and field technical support as required
Requirements:
* Technical degree in Electronics or equivalent
* 3–5 years of experience in electronics repair (preferred)
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Able to work independently and travel within Europe as needed
* Knowledge of PCB, electronics, and reading schematics (preferred)
* Manual dexterity and soldering skills
* Familiar with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment
* Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Physically able to lift up to 23 kg
