Responsibilities:
1. To inspect, service and repair trailers to a high maintenance standard, ensuring conformity to all current company EHS guidelines, policies, procedures and mandatory EHS legislation
2. To ensure all compliance details are completed in an accurate and timely manner
3. To undertake all required training as deemed necessary by the company
4. Provide high customer service levels whilst working to specified deadlines
5. Must always adhere to the company’s health & safety policies and procedures
6. Conduct oneself in a consistent manner that always demonstrates TIP values & behaviours
Qualifications/Requirements:
Must be a “Time Served” technician or possess City & Guilds 1,2 & 3 Certificates or equivalent qualifications & experience and have a technical background/experience in trailer repairs
7. Welding experience - preferable
8. Double deck maintenance experience – preferable
9. High level of enthusiasm & good communication skills
10. Basic knowledge of computers and ability to complete relevant written documentation
11. Good organisational skills and ability to be able to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
12. Initiative to work autonomously if required.

28. Great opportunity for overtime at time and a half, Sundays and BH are paid at double time with a day in lieu also given for BH working. We also have the opportunity of T4T – pending manager approval
Job type
Permanent full-time – 9 hour shift, Mon-Fri including 30 mins paid break per day with an unpaid lunch break in addition to the above.
