The provider are seeking a seasoned leader to step into a luxury service as a Home Manager, supporting the staff and residents with a visible and pro-active approach. The business hold an impressive infrastructure, with a supportive senior management team and career development opportunities.
Within the service, there is room for growth and development under the right leadership, therefore it is imperative that the new Home Manager comes with a real drive and passion for elderly care.
Ideally, my client are seeking an RMN but would consider applications from RGN’s with a background in complex mental health.
Essential to this role is a background of managing elderly care homes, with evidence of CQC reports of GOOD, Outstanding or troubleshooting improvements. As the leader, the Home Manager will act as a supportive and collaborative figurehead for the wider team. My client is seeking a nurse qualified Home Manager with a background of managing elderly nursing homes. The candidate will bring a knowledge of complex mental health care, a desire to grow their own home and continue to build upon the reputation already in place. This role requires a driven leader, someone keen to be out and about, not only in the home but in the community. In return, my client are offering an impressive salary with a performance bonus attached.
