About the Job
As maternity cover Partnerships Director, you’ll lead Omaze’s Partnerships function, ensuring continuity across all activity while guiding a high‑performing team. With a clear strategy already in place, your focus will be on maintaining strong charity relationships, supporting campaign delivery, and applying strategic judgement where needed. Reporting to the VP of Property and Partnerships, you’ll be the senior voice of Partnerships—providing direction, coaching, and acting as the key escalation point. You’ll manage the full partnership lifecycle, from contracting and compliance to reporting and optimisation, ensuring all obligations are met. Commercially astute and relationship‑driven, you’ll protect value while fostering collaboration, ensuring campaigns stay aligned with our mission and deliver meaningful impact.
Leadership
* Lead, inspire, and empower the Partnerships team to deliver excellence, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance, and values‑driven culture.
* Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to team members, ensuring clarity of goals and accountability for results.
* Act as the primary point of contact for partnership‑related escalations and critical decision‑making.
Partnership Strategy
* Execute the Omaze partnership strategy, ensuring it aligns with the company’s mission, goals, and virtues.
* Drive both short‑ and long‑term strategies to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with charitable organisations.
* In conjunction with the VP of Property & Partnerships, lead the 2027 RFP process—including the research, identification, evaluation, and selection of partner charities aligned with Omaze’s objectives.
* Ensure the RFP process is delivered within agreed timelines and supports broader business goals.
Relationship Management
* Build, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective charity partners, ensuring open communication, collaboration, and seamless delivery of campaigns.
* Serve as the senior point of contact for partner engagement, ensuring trust, transparency, and alignment across all activities.
Collaborative Initiatives
* Work cross‑functionally with internal teams (marketing, growth, legal and operations) to ensure impactful campaigns that drive results and deliver meaningful outcomes for partners.
Impact Assessment
* Monitor and assess the impact of all partnership activities, capturing insights and data to measure effectiveness against strategic objectives. Gather data and report to the VP of Property and Partnerships on the effectiveness of each partnership.
* Produce high‑quality reports and recommendations that inform future partnership development and company decision‑making.
Relationship Building & Representation
* Represent Omaze at key charity partner events and all headline ambassador shoots.
* Champion Omaze’s mission and values in all external interactions, enhancing the company’s reputation across the charitable sector.
Compliance and Reporting
* Ensure all partnerships and campaigns adhere to legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
* Maintain robust documentation and reporting processes for both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Contract Management
* Work closely with the VP of Property & Partnerships and the Legal team to ensure all partnership contracts are finalised at least two months prior to campaign launch.
* Oversee compliance and delivery throughout each partnership lifecycle, ensuring all obligations and commitments are met in full.
About You
* Proven track record of identifying, developing and managing successful corporate partnerships
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
* Strategic and creative thinker with the ability to align partnerships with company objectives
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and cross‑functionally
* Strong team leadership skills
* Must be London based
* Must have the ability to travel to events and headline ambassador shoots
