Altro are recruiting for a Manufacturing Fabrication Team Leader to join our Value Added Services team within our Manufacturing plant based in Letchworth Garden City. This role will be working on a rotating double day shift, Monday to Friday.

What will you be doing?
The Team Leader will be responsible for the ongoing development and coaching of up to 6 Technicians on each shift. Conducting regular one to one's with team members, you will develop people plans to enable individuals to realise their full potential.
You will ensure Health and Safety is always of the highest priority and environmental objectives are fulfilled including risk/COSHH assessments, SOP and audits.
As well as reviewing all processes within Value added Services to ensure that efficiency levels are achieved/ exceeded, you will monitor and improve all costs and budgets.
