Key Responsibilities: Responsible for dealing with all sales/service enquiries, ensuring all queries are dealt with appropriately within agreed timescales – this includes gathering correct information about all enquiries and sourcing the correct staff member to assist further Approaches & welcomes all visitors in a friendly and open manner Capturing customer data to ensure that information is consistent Monitoring sales activity and evaluating the quality of information, ensuring the sales process is followed with every customer and that information is consistent across all databases Providing all customers in the showroom/reception with immediate attention Providing administration and general support to the sales & service departments (including creating new customers and amending information in the CRM, photocopying documents, making drinks, etc.) Regularly updating the Sales and Service Managers on all progress and involving them immediately with respect to any issues encountered We’re looking for someone who: Has a strong IT skillset Provides excellent customer service experience and interpersonal skills Must be accurate and show attention to detail Has excellent ability to work under pressure Is flexible in dealing with varying workloads and tasks We are passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive place to work, with a commitment to equality and fairness at the heart of our values and everyday practices and policies.
