Job summary
The post holder will be a qualified pharmacist holding an independent prescribing qualification, who acts within their professional boundaries as part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of GPs, ANPs, Physician Associates, Paramedics and First Contact Physios.
Main duties of the job
You will receive continuous professional development through our nationally renowned GP-led training programme, as well as focused training to develop your digital clinical skills.
Your support network will include a clinical supervisor and an extended admin, management team. Additional training will be provided for any areas of identified development.

1. Prescribing, online and telephone clinical triage, management of minor illness and LTC advice

16. Undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council

19. Previous General Practice experience is desirable, however, those with no experience are encouraged to apply as full training and induction will be provided
