Your role at BRE
* Provide essential support to the Estates Senior Operations Manager in day-to-day operations.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements across the estate.
* Manage several service contracts to support overall operations.
* Maintain BRE Site, Buildings, Grounds, and Infrastructure to a high standard.
* Ensure a safe environment for employees, tenants, and visitors.
* Prevent or halt any estates maintenance/projects that pose risks to people, buildings, or infrastructure.
* Demonstrate compliance with statutory requirements and legislation.
* Minimise potential audit non-conformances.
* Efficiently operate and deliver key service contracts.
This role is critical to the Estates function and statutory compliance of the business as a whole.
Your Profile:
* Experience working in an Estates/Facilities Management (FM) environment.
* Relevant construction or engineering qualification.
* Membership of a professional body.
* Proven experience in successfully managing compliance in property management.
* Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements for buildings and infrastructure.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple service contracts efficiently.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
* Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.
