About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and logistical aspects of construction projects. This includes preparing and submitting valuations and final accounts, negotiating with suppliers to ensure that budgets are not exceeded, and working closely with the operations team to ensure accurate and vigorous cost management.

About You
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of construction processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction and/or fit-out
* Strong understanding of construction processes and procedures
