Office Manager - Mildenhall Full-Time | Mon-Fri | 8am-5pm £30,000-£40,000 DOE Temp to Perm Opportunity We're working with a fantastic client in Mildenhall who's looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team! Reporting to the General Manager, key duties include but are not limited to: Oversee the smooth and efficient functioning of the head office environment. Coordinate with facilities, IT support, and maintenance teams to handle maintenance and resolve issues. Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory levels. Organise meeting room reservations and support the planning of company events. Act as the first point of contact for visitors Manage incoming calls and emails dealing with customer enquiries Maintain customer records and databases Assist sales team with quotes, order processing and follow-ups.
