You will review project plans, specifications, and other documentation to develop detailed costings for HVAC and mechanical systems. The role requires collaboration with design teams to optimise system performance and cost-efficiency, analysing supplier and subcontractor quotes, and presenting bid packages. This HVAC Mechanical Estimator position also involves liaising with engineers and project managers to ensure all estimates align with project goals and timelines, while staying current with market trends and pricing.
