About the Role As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with pupils across the primary age range who may require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, social skills, and classroom engagement. You will work alongside teachers, SEN staff, pastoral teams, and parents to provide targeted support both inside and outside the classroom.
