Assistant Headteacher Behaviour and Attitudes
We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to the Academy, someone to support the Headteacher and Academy Leadership Team in developing and communicating a clear, strategic vision of how to raise standards and expectations across the academy, with a particular focus on behaviour.
The responsibilities include:
•To raise standards and expectations, across the academy, with a particular focus on behaviour.
•To promote a culture where colleagues and students have high aspirations, the determination to succeed, and opportunities to make exceptional progress.
•To effectively promote the educational vision of Coop Academies Trust.
•Support wider development of the school by playing an active role as a member of the Academy Leadership Team (ALT).
•Take responsibility for the highly effective implementation of the behaviour policy
•Support the Headteacher and Leadership team in managing the academy effectively and ensuring the successful implementation of radical change in the culture and practice of the academy.
