Your Role
*
Deliver engaging and varied Art lessons across KS3–5 in your specialism (Painting, Printmaking, Photography, etc.)
*
Assist the Head of Department in curriculum innovation, assessment moderation, and resource development
*
Organise exhibitions, competitions, and visits to inspire artistic exploration
*
Work with ECTs and technicians to support high-quality teaching and learning
*
Encourage high standards of artistic critique, skill-building, and creative risk-taking
Ideal Candidate
*
Qualified Art teacher with experience across the secondary phase
*
Able to combine technical teaching with conceptual and cultural awareness
*
Collaborative, enthusiastic, and eager to take on leadership responsibility
*
Comfortable with assessment frameworks at GCSE and A-Level
