The Role
The successful candidate will:
Lead and manage the Mathematics department, ensuring consistently high standards of teaching and learning
Develop an engaging and ambitious curriculum across KS3, KS4, and KS5
Raise attainment and progress through strategic leadership and effective intervention
Support, coach, and develop staff within the department
Use data intelligently to monitor performance and drive improvement
Promote a love of mathematics through enrichment opportunities and wider participation
Contribute fully to the wider life of the school and its leadership culture
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a strong subject knowledge
Has successful middle or senior leadership experience within a secondary setting
Has a proven track record of raising achievement in Mathematics
Is passionate about delivering an exceptional education for every student
Has excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Can motivate and inspire both students and colleagues
Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
