Senior Social Worker - Adult Community Team (Older People & Physical Disabilities)Are you an experienced Senior Social Worker looking to lead, inspire, and make a meaningful impact within the community?We're recruiting a Senior Social Worker to join a well-established Adult Community Team supporting older people and adults with physical disabilities in the Blackpool area. Responsibilities:

• Lead and support complex casework involving older people and adults with physical and learning disabilities
• Complete and oversee Care Act assessments, care planning, and reviews
• Provide professional oversight and support to less experienced team members
• Contribute to DSTs, safeguarding, and court work where required
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred practice across a complex caseload
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies to deliver effective outcomes

To be considered, ideally you will have:

• Minimum 3+ years' post-qualified experience in adult social work
• Experience working at Senior Social Worker level or acting-up experience
• Social Work Degree/Diploma
• Registered with Social Work England
• Strong knowledge of the Care Act, safeguarding, and complex case management
• Confident decision-maker with excellent leadership and communication skills
