Applied Scientific Instruction: Plan and deliver rigorous science lessons, linking theoretical principles (such as chemical analysis, thermodynamics, and ecological systems) directly to contemporary industrial, agricultural, and environmental sectors.
Project-Based Learning Integration: Collaborate with regional engineering firms, environmental agencies, and tech startups to design live, workplace-simulated projects that require robust data collection, scientific testing, and formal reporting.
Rigorous Examination Preparation: Guide Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5 cohorts systematically through the demands of terminal GCSE Combined/Separate Sciences and applied Level 3 vocational qualifications, focusing heavily on experimental design and data evaluation.
Technical Laboratory Management: Oversee a modern, workplace-simulated laboratory environment with flawless adherence to CLEAPSS health and safety standards, training pupils in industry-standard analytical techniques and proper equipment calibration.
Work-Readiness Pastoral Tutoring: Act as a specialist Personal Tutor to a cohort of pupils, guiding them through industry placements, scientific career pathways, higher apprenticeships, and the development of professional communication skills.
