Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Residential Team Leaders! We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals who wish to make a positive difference in the lives of children and young people by leading support workers through example.
We offer:
* Basic pay of £14.17 to £14.99, plus sleep-in payments of £2800 to £3600 (based on 8-10 sleep-ins per month)
* 224 hours of paid annual leave, increasing to 240 hours after 5 years
* Working on a rota basis with a monthly schedule
* A 365-day position, including holidays and celebrations with the children
Shifts include days and sleep-ins, with hours varying by home location.
Job role:
* Meeting the needs of children and young people per Ofsted regulations
* Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and Home Manager in meetings and appointments
* Assisting in implementing the Statement of Purpose
* Carrying out tasks as directed by management
* Supervising in the absence of managers
* Welcoming diverse cultures and creating a safe, family-like environment for children
Requirements:
* You must be 21 or older due to Ofsted regulations
* Driving is essential due to home locations
* At least six months’ experience in children’s residential care
* Relevant Level 3 qualification
