SMT Production Operative Tameside, Greater Manchester Temporary to Permanent From £13.19 per hour shift premium JDR Recruitment are working in partnership with a well-established and growing manufacturing business in Tameside. We are currently recruiting for an experienced SMT Production Operative to join their team on a long-term, temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable role with competitive pay and strong prospects for progression. Working Hours (39 hours per week): * Rotating Shifts: 6:00am-2:15pm / 2:15pm-10:30pm (15% shift premium) or * Continental Shift: 4 on / 4 off, 7:00am-7:00pm (20% shift premium) The Role: As an SMT Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production line while maintaining high-quality standards.
