Job Title: Paid Social Executive

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Social Executive with 6–12 months of hands-on experience to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a foundational understanding of paid social platforms and is eager to develop their skills in campaign execution, optimisation, and performance analysis.
You will support the planning, execution, and reporting of paid social campaigns across key platforms, helping to drive measurable results for the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the setup, management, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn
* Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven optimisation recommendations
* Support audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative performance analysis
* Work with internal teams or external stakeholders to coordinate campaign assets (copy, imagery, video)
* Track and report on key performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
* Conduct competitor analysis and stay up to date with platform updates and industry trends
* Assist with budget pacing and ensure campaigns are delivered within allocated spend
* Maintain campaign documentation and ensure best practice processes are followed
Required Skills & Experience
* 6–12 months experience managing or supporting paid social campaigns
* Basic understanding of advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager)
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
