Part-Time PA/House Manager – Private Household (Knightsbridge) - 2 Days a Week ONLY
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised PA/House Manager to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of a large private residence in Knightsbridge,
The PA/House Manager will take ownership of all aspects of household administration, maintenance coordination, and property management, acting as the main point of contact for contractors, suppliers, and services, while ensuring the home operates efficiently and to a high standard.
Required to work 2 days a week/8 hrs a day/16 hrs a week/ £35 gross an hour on a self-employed contract
Responsibilities:
1. Household & Property Management
2. Overall management of a large Knightsbridge property
3. Maintain and manage the household diary and weekly schedules
4. Oversee and follow through on the Household Maintenance Matrix
5. Schedule, confirm, and supervise all maintenance visits and repairs
6. Source, gather, and collate quotes for annual services and contracts
7. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and third-party service providers
8. Coordinate and supervise service personnel in the property
9. Liaise closely with the Housekeeper to ensure smooth household operations
10. Manage any property renovation projects, liaising with architects and specialists
11. Administration & Systems
12. Monitor and manage the household email account
13. Maintain digital and physical household filing systems
14. Database and contact list management
15. Create and maintain household spreadsheets and documents, including but not limited to:
16. Maintenance Matrix
17. Inventories
This is a busy Part-Time role for an organised Private PA/House Manager looking for a meaty 2 day a week job.
Immediate Start! Total Gross Annual Salary of £29,120 for 2 days work.
