Brand new opportunity for a CQC Registered Manager to join the team of one of our clients, based within Gillingham
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure safe, person-centred care
* Maintain high standards of health and safety
* Uphold regulatory compliance
* Manage and support Deputy Managers and Team Leaders
* Lead recruitment, coaching, and performance management
* Financial Oversight
* Efficiently manage budgets and staffing
* Quality & Collaboration
* Use IT systems for quality assurance and reporting
* Build positive relationships with external agencies
* Drive service referrals and placements
* Lead staff inductions and training
* Foster continuous improvement and personal development
