Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager / Brand Manager to take ownership of one or more leading brands in a globally recognized Consumer Healthcare (CHC) portfolio. This role, based in Reading, offers a unique opportunity to drive brand growth, deliver impactful marketing campaigns, and lead innovation for brands generating over €10M annually.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute brand growth strategies and annual plans (4Ps) for assigned CHC brands.
* Manage brand-level P&L, ensuring delivery of Net Sales, Margin, and Net Contribution targets.
* Lead end-to-end new product development (NPD), from concept to launch, including pipeline management and post-launch reviews.
* Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, including digital, PR, and content.
* Collaborate with sales, insights, regulatory, supply chain, and global teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
* Brief and manage creative, media, and research agencies to deliver impactful brand communications.
* Lead brand forecasting and performance reviews, including EPOS and demand planning inputs.
* Drive category expansion and brand profile extensions to support business growth objectives.
* Proven experience in CHC, OTC, FMCG, or consumer health brand management.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with experience managing brand-level P&L.
* Demonstrated success in leading NPD and delivering high-impact marketing campaigns.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience working with UK retailers and pharmacy channels.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment undergoing transformation.
Preferred Skills
* Degree in Marketing, Business, or Life Sciences.
* Experience with digital marketing and eCommerce activation.
* Exposure to international brand management is a plus.
* At least 7 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success managing big brands.
* Consumer marketing and digital savvy.
