Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role in London. You will oversee daily store operations, lead and motivate the team, and ensure outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include staff supervision, driving sales performance, maintaining quality standards, managing stock and loss prevention, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications

* Speciality coffee / coffee shop experience preferred
* Strong customer service and communication skills
