Key Responsibilities
Service Delivery
* Deliver domestic cleaning services to a consistently high professional standard
* Provide only the services you have chosen to offer on your profile
* Complete regular cleans, deep cleans and end of tenancy cleans where selected
* Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely
Pricing and Services
* Set your own hourly rate or service pricing
* Select which services you wish to provide
* Update pricing and service selections as your business evolves
* Ensure pricing accurately reflects the scope and standard of service delivered
Timekeeping and Attendance
* Arrive punctually for all confirmed bookings
* Confirm job start and completion via the my cleanerHUB workflow
* Communicate promptly if delayed or unable to attend
Customer Experience
* Maintain a professional and respectful manner at all times
* Respect client homes, privacy and property
* Deliver work in line with the agreed booking specification
* Maintain consistent quality to support strong reviews and ratings
Platform Management
* Keep availability up to date within the system
* Accept or decline booking requests promptly via WhatsApp notifications
* Manage holidays and unavailable dates in advance
* Maintain accurate profile information, pricing and service listings
