About the team
We're looking for a Strategy Manager to join our FXmercialisation team, helping shape and execute themercial strategy for our FX products. This role is ideal for someone whobines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, thrives in cross-functional environments, and is passionate about solvingplex problems.
You will work cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and regional teams to accelerate adoption of our FX products, identify opportunities for growth, refine product positioning, and contribute meaningfully to the business's bottom line.

What you will be doing
Strategic Planning & Execution
1. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for existing and new FX products across regions
2. Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including new customer segments, product enhancements, and geographic expansion, with a clear view ofmercial impact.
3. Feed into long range strategic planning with data-driven rmendations and scenario modelling
4. Adapt strategies in response to market feedback, performance data, andpetitive shifts, maintaining agility while staying focused on long term objectives of the business.
mercial Enablement:
5. Craftpelling product narratives and value propositions tailored to different customer segments, use cases and regions.
6. Equip sales and client-facing teams with the messaging, product positioning, collateral and tools needed to effectivelymunicate the value of our FX products and win deals.
7. Conduct training sessions and workshops formercial teams, ensuring they are confident in articulating product benefits, differentiators and use cases.
Market Analysis & Product Launch:
8. Monitor market trends andpetitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
9. Develop and execute plans for new product launches collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensuremercial success.
Performance Tracking & Insights:
10. Define and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of our FX products across regions, channels and customer segments.
11. Support executive-level reporting with tailored dashboards, briefing materials, and performance summaries that feed into strategic reviews and executive decisions.
12. Identify gaps and opportunities through data driven analysis, helping to refine GTM execution and prioritise initiatives that move the needle.

What you bring:
13. Bachelor's degree in business administration, science, engineering, finance or the equivalentbination of education, training, or work experience.
14. Proven experience with at least 2 or more years in a similar role
15. Understanding of the cross-border payments landscape
16. Technical proficiency and ability to understandplex technical concepts and product functionalities.
17. Demonstrated ability to balance technical andmercial considerations when making strategic decisions.
18. Experience in conducting market research,petitor analysis, and evaluating new market opportunities.
19. Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time.
20. Exceptionalmunication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively conveyplex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
21. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
22. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and fast-paced environment.
